Dinner and Dance
Date: Thursday, June 20, 2024
Place: Canad Inns Polo Park
Time: Doors Open: 5:00pm
Dinner: 6:30pm
Grad Dinner and Dance tickets will be an estimated $80 per ticket.
Tickets will go on sale February 12th and will run until May 3rd.
There are no ticket limits or ticket sale rounds this year.
Fees must be paid online or at the office at the time of ticket purchase.
Tickets will be set up on School Cash Online and will be attached to each graduate’s Student ID.
The graduate DOES require a dinner ticket, so they must be included in the purchase of tickets.
Once the ticket sale window closes, a form will be sent out electronically asking grads about who they wish to sit with or near, if there are any dietary restrictions, etc.
Convocation
Date: Tuesday, June 25, 2024
Place: Transcona Country Club
2070 Dugald Road, Winnipeg, MB R2C 3G7
Time: Doors Open 8:30am (Grads may be asked to arrive earlier)
Event Starts: 9:00am
All guests and graduates must be out of the venue by 12:00pm for the next school to begin their ceremony.
(There will be a mandatory Convocation rehearsal for all graduates. More details TBD)
Convocation is free and there are no tickets required for families. There are no limits per grad as well.
Students will be provided with their cap and gown prior to Convocation. They are expected to arrive at the event ready to go. Robes and stoles must be returned immediately following the ceremony.

TEAM and Remind Text & E-mail Alerts
CLC uses TEAMS (for potential grads) and the Remind Text/E-mail alert service (CLC Grad Info 2024) to notify parents/guardians about important grad-related news and deadlines. Your phone number/e-mail is never displayed to anyone. There is no charge for this service, but your cell provider's text messaging rates still apply.
We are asking all parents/guardians to sign up for this service by texting the number (204) 800-5940 with the message @clcgrad24. You can also download the Remind app, select “join a class,” and enter the class code “clcgrad24”
Potential grads are not to sign up for Remind, for they are already part of the Grad 2024 Team page and are expected to keep up with this page regularly.
*It’s very important HSAP students and those at Louis Riel Arts and Tech Centre check the Grad 2024 Team regularly for grad updates. Make sure your notifications are set to “on".
